The Role:

As the Day-to-Day Outlook and Salesforce Manager at Syndicate Risk Management, you will play a critical role in optimizing our day-to-day technical operations. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Outlook and Salesforce platforms, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience for our team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Outlook and Salesforce platforms.

• Customize and configure Salesforce to meet the needs of our organization.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users.

• Develop and implement training programs to educate team members on best practices for using Outlook and Salesforce.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

• Stay updated on new features and enhancements in Outlook and Salesforce to maximize their effectiveness for our organization.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in managing Outlook and Salesforce platforms.

• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with customizing and configuring Salesforce.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
